Services
I believe that meaningful mental health care starts with understanding. When you understand what is happening in your mind and body, you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling empowered and in control.
Real change does not come from a quick fix. It comes from a thoughtful, collaborative process where you are an active participant in your own growth.
Conditions I Treat
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including:
Anxiety
Depression
Bipolar disorder and various mood disorders
Schizophrenia and other complex psychiatric conditions
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Eating disorders
Gender dysphoria
Insomnia and sleep disturbances
Attention and concentration difficulties
Substance Use Disorder
If you are struggling with something not listed above, you are still encouraged to reach out. Mental health is complex, and many challenges overlap in ways that require a personalized approach.
-
Medication is used as a tool for support, not a cure. The goal is to reduce symptoms and remove barriers so you can function and feel better in your daily life. My philosophy is that less is often more. We aim to find the right balance, not to dull your emotions, but to help you regain stability while maintaining your full range of experience.
-
Therapy is an essential part of lasting change. I incorporate supportive therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, challenge negative patterns, and build self-awareness. Medication alone is not enough. Real progress happens when we work on both your internal patterns and your external behaviors. We often team up with your therapist to build a stronger support team.
-
Mental health does not exist in isolation. We will look at the broader aspects of your life, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, occupational health, spirituality, emotionality, and other structural domains. When these areas are out of balance, it becomes much harder to feel well. We focus on making small, meaningful changes that build momentum over time in efforts to work towards balance.
-
When appropriate, lab testing can help us better understand your body and guide treatment decisions. This may include identifying nutritional deficiencies, metabolic factors, or how your body processes medications. The goal is to have a more complete picture so we can make more informed and effective decisions.
-
Targeted support for those struggling with insomnia or poor-quality sleep. You’ll learn how your sleep system works so you can create the right conditions for true, restorative rest.
My approach is centered on understanding the full picture of your mental health. I combine evidence-based care with a human-centered, individualized process so that treatment is tailored to you, not forced into a template.
